In a large pot, brown the ground beef, then add onion and garlic.
Add all the sauce in a pan and then pour in one jar of water (use water to get the rest of what's left in each jar).
Heat until it starts simmering. Break lasagna noodles up into large pieces and stir into sauce.
Cook until noodles are tender, then spoon in ricotta and stir.
Serve in bowls topped with any leftover ricotta. Sprinkle mozzarella and basil for garnish.
