Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 organic chicken breasts
- 1 jar (28 oz.) MID's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 lb. of Montebello Rigatoni
- sliced mozzerella cheese
- parsley for garnish
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder

Directions
- Marinate and prepare chicken per your liking. In this specific recipe, the chicken was marinated using 1/2 cup plain, greek yogurt, juice from 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. dried basil, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in fridge for 2+ hours
- Grill chicken until no longer pink and to the proper internal temperature
- While chicken is on the grill, cook pasta according to the package instructions
- Drain pasta and drizzle with olive oil; set aside
- Fill cast iron skilled with 3/4 jar of MID's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce for pasta
- Place grilled chicken into cast iron skillet, add slices of mozzarella cheese on top. Put skillet on grill until sauce bubbles and cheese is melted
- Plate pasta and chicken. Add additional MID's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
