Ingredients
- 1 jar of MID's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3 zucchini
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese
- microgreens
- salt and pepper

Directions
- Thinly slice zucchini (6-7 slices per. zucchini)
- In an oven-safe skillet, pour 3/4 of MID's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce to cover the bottom
- Combine ricotta and 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Criss cross 2 pieces of zucchini; place a spoonful of cheese mixture in the center
- Fold over the 4 sides and place in skillet. Continue until 10-12 raviolis are made
- Spoon over extra sauce on top of each ravioli and top with cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with microgreens
