Ravioli Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced/grated
  • 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
  • 28 oz of Italian sausage
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 28 oz Jar of MID’s Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 package of Giovanni Rana’s Ravioli

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes on medium heat with 2 tbsp of olive or avocado oil
  2. Add seasoning, Italian sausage and cook sausage until no longer pink
  3. Add chicken broth, MID's Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce, heavy cream and spinach
  4. Let soup simmer for 10 minutes and add the ravioli
  5. Cook Giovanni Rana Ravioli approximately 4-6 minutes. Enjoy!

Helpful tip: If you're preparing ahead of eating the soup, hold off on adding the ravioli until meal-time for the perfect texture!
