Ravioli Soup

Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic minced/grated
- 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
- 28 oz of Italian sausage
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 28 oz Jar of MID’s Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 package of Giovanni Rana’s Ravioli

Directions
- Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes on medium heat with 2 tbsp of olive or avocado oil
- Add seasoning, Italian sausage and cook sausage until no longer pink
- Add chicken broth, MID's Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce, heavy cream and spinach
- Let soup simmer for 10 minutes and add the ravioli
- Cook Giovanni Rana Ravioli approximately 4-6 minutes. Enjoy!
Helpful tip: If you're preparing ahead of eating the soup, hold off on adding the ravioli until meal-time for the perfect texture!
