Directions

  1. Crack and whisk eggs in a bowl; set aside
  2. Add leftovers into an oven safe pan (cast iron works best) over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes
  3. Pour eggs into skillet (do not mix) and turn heat to low. Let sit for 5 minutes. With a spatula, periodically pull the edges away from the skillet so excess egg can be released into the pan.
  4. Leave heat on low, and cover skillet for 5 minutes
  5. Turn on oven to broil
  6. Remove cover from skillet, and place frittata in the oven for 3-5 minutes
  7. Remove frittata from oven and cut into it to ensure egg is cooked
  8. Add MID's Three Cheese Pasta Sauce to the top of frittata and cover with cheese
  9. Place frittata back into oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown
  10. Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes
  11. Serve with extra MID's Three Cheese Pasta Sauce. Enjoy!
