Egg Frittata with Thanksgiving Leftovers
Prep Time:
5 Mins.
Cook Time:
25 Mins.
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 4 cups of leftovers ( think turkey, ham, veggies, sweet potatoes)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- MID's Three Cheese Pasta Sauce
Made With:

Three Cheese
Directions
- Crack and whisk eggs in a bowl; set aside
- Add leftovers into an oven safe pan (cast iron works best) over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes
- Pour eggs into skillet (do not mix) and turn heat to low. Let sit for 5 minutes. With a spatula, periodically pull the edges away from the skillet so excess egg can be released into the pan.
- Leave heat on low, and cover skillet for 5 minutes
- Turn on oven to broil
- Remove cover from skillet, and place frittata in the oven for 3-5 minutes
- Remove frittata from oven and cut into it to ensure egg is cooked
- Add MID's Three Cheese Pasta Sauce to the top of frittata and cover with cheese
- Place frittata back into oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown
- Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes
- Serve with extra MID's Three Cheese Pasta Sauce. Enjoy!
