Ingredients
- 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
- egg wash (1 egg with 1 tbsp. water)
- 7 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp. chopped rosemary

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cut mozzarella sticks into 1 inch pieces and set aside
- On a floured surface, divide pizza dough into two pieces
- Stretch and roll out each piece into long rectangle and then cut into squares (you will need 30 squares)
- Wrap dough square around each piece of mozzarella, forming a tightly sealed ball
- Place dough ball, seam-side down, on baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree (all should be touching)
- Brush tree shape with egg wash and bake until golden brown (15-20 minutes)
- Remove from oven, brush with melted butter, and top with parmesan cheese, basil and rosemary
- Serve warm with MID's Marinara Pasta Sauce. Enjoy!
