Ingredients
- Sal's pizza dough
- MID's Pizza Sauce
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- egg wash ( 1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons water)
- Italian seasoning

Directions
- Bring the Sal's pizza dough to room temperature and roll it out into a 12 inch circle
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the dough into 8 inch triangles
- Spread MID's Pizza Sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on 4 triangles. Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings, too!
- Place the remaining triangles on top of the filled ones, sealing the edges well
- Curve the tops slightly to form the shape of a witch hat
- Brush the top with egg wash, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through
- Allow to cool slightly before serving
- Pair with extra MID's Pizza Sauce for serving. Enjoy!
