Zombie Stromboli


  • 1 Jar of MID'S Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 4 Cups shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Slices


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Layout a Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust on a non-greased pan.
Cut into 4 square sections. Each of these will be its own stromboli.
Spoon MID'S Pizza Sauce onto the inner third of the stromboli squares. Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the pizza sauce.
On each side of the pizza sauce, horizontally cut the pizza dough in 1/2 inch slivers.
Alternate pulling a sliver of pizza dough from each side of the pizza crust, wrapping the zombie stromboli.
Repeat to the rest of the strombolis. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out of the oven and let cool. Where the pizza sauce is visible on the 'face' of the stromboli, place 2 olive slices to create eyes.
Repeat this step on the other three strombolis. 

Serving Information

Can serve whole or can cut into slices. Add a bowl of your favorite MID'S Sauce for dipping.
