Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Clean four large portobello mushrooms and cut off stems.
Coat each mushroom cap with olive oil and garlic, then stick on baking stone and put in oven for 20 minutes.
While baking the mushrooms, slice fresh mozzarella and whole grain buns.
Pull mushrooms out when complete and set on buns with mozzarella, then top with fresh basil and MID'S Tomato and Basil sauce.
Serve fresh out of the oven.
