Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad


  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 c. hot sauce
  • 1 c. MID'S Garlic & Onion Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. cream cheese
  • 10-15 fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 c. sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish


Follow instructions on box of Penne and boil pasta to al dente texture.
While the pasta is boiling, melt the butter and cream cheese in a deep skillet to a thick, liquid-like consistency.
Once cream cheese is melted, add in hot sauce and MID'S Garlic and Onion, then stir until light bubbles reach the surface.
Add shredded rotisserie chicken until it is covered with sauce – with sauce to spare. 
Once chicken is covered, add shredded parmesan cheese. Stir until fully melted and distributed evenly throughout the chicken.
Drain pasta and combine with the chicken and sauce mixture.
Transfer to a party-ready bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, combine tomatoes and fresh mozzarella throughout the dish.

Serving Information

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve cold!
