Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Jar MID'S Traditional Sauce
- 1/2 C Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs

Directions
- Combine your meatball ingredients.
- Put your ground turkey in a large bowl, add 1 cup of MID'S Traditional Meatless, and the milk, salt, ground pepper, italian seasoning, garlic, onion powder, panko breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Combine meatball mix with clean hands to evenly distribute all of the ingredients.
- The mixture may be a little wet. Roll the meatball mixture into small, appetizer size bites.
- Fry meatball mixture in a heated skillet with olive oil.
- Fry for 12 minutes until crispy and browned on the outsides.
