Ingredients
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 16 oz. fat free cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 jar diced pimiento
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing seasoning
- 20 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked and drained
- 1 jar MID'S Traditional Sauce

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg white, pimiento and salad dressing seasonings.
- Mix together until well blended.Spoon evenly into pasta shells.
- Add half of MID'S Traditional Meatless Sauce into a 13" x 9" baking dish.
- Place shells filled side up in the baking dish and spoon remaining sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 mins or until heated through.
