Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb. meatballs, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. each spiral, shell and pinwheel pasta (or your favorite mix)
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • Small container mushrooms
  • 2 jars MID'S Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook noodles according to the box directions. Brown the onion, add chopped meatball and sausage, then drain.
  3. Heat the sauce and combine with the cooked chopped up meatballs, Italian sausage and onion. In a 11" x 13" pan sprayed with oil, layer the noodles and sauce.
  4. Top with pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms.
  5. Make about 3 layers and top it with cheese.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes.
