Ingredients
- 2 jars (28 oz.) MID'S Traditional Sauce
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef (85/15)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes in juice
- 2 cans (32 oz. total) kidney beans, drained
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Hot chili powder (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)

Directions
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Return to low heat and add onion, brown sugar, black pepper and cinnamon.
- Continue to heat until spices are mixed and onions are slightly soft.
- Add beans, tomatoes and MID'S Sauce. Stir in hot chili powder to taste.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Can also be put in Crock Pot on low overnight.
