Baked Turkey Meatball Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic Minced Garlic
- 1 Jar MID'S Traditional Sauce
- 1/2 C Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 C Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
- 1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Ball Fresh Mozzarella

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- While it is heating, combine your meatball ingredients.
- Put your ground turkey in a large bowl, add 1 cup of MID'S Traditional Meatless, and the milk, salt, ground pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion powder, panko breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Combine meatball mix with clean hands to evenly distribute all of the ingredients. The mixture may be a little wet.
- Now get a greased, deep baking sheet. Add some olive oil to your hands prior to rolling the meatballs to avoid sticking.
- Roll 18 meatballs and bake in dish for 20 minutes.
- Remove meatballs and add the remainder of the jar of MID'S and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese to your liking.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
