Stuffed Shells


  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 16 oz. fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 jar diced pimiento
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing seasoning
  • 20 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar MID'S Traditional Meatless Sauce


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg white, pimiento and salad dressing seasonings.
Mix together until well blended.
Spoon evenly into pasta shells.
Add half of MID'S Traditional Meatless Sauce into a 13" x 9" baking dish.
Place shells filled side up in the baking dish and spoon remaining sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 30 to 40 mins or until heated through.
