Begin cooking cavatappi in pot.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook on one side for about 1 minute, until shrimp turns pink. While it cooks, generously sprinkle with the crushed red pepper. Using a spatula, flip shrimp to other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add MID'S Meat and Mushroom sauce to pan when shrimp is cooked.
After heating for a few minutes, add cavattapi to pan and mix well to combine.
Generously sprinkle crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese, then enjoy!
