This keto-friendly, low carb pasta option is an easy recipe for date night! Enjoy the taste of noodle-coated MID'S with this healthy option.
Preheat oven to 375º and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scrape out seeds with spoon. Drizzle the squash olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place each half on the pan with cut side facing upwards. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove squash from oven and use a fork to scrape out 'noodles.' Add MID'S Sauce. Season as desired with salt, pepper, and basil.
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and spoon out seeds. Fill a microwave-safe dish with an inch of water and place spaghetti squash halves cut-side down in dish. Microwave on highest setting for 12 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Using a fork, scrape the inside of the squash, forming 'noodles.' Add seasoning to taste.
Place in a bowl or use the squash as it's own bowl and top with the basil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
