Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking tray with foil and add pearl onions, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Make a small cup out of aluminum foil and place garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper inside.
Place on tray with the onions and cover with foil. Bake until tender and aromatic.
On stovetop, heat MID'S Mideo's Marinara Sauce and capers to simmer, then cover.
Boil salted water and cook frozen ricotta ravioli to package directions.
Remove roasted garlic and onions from oven and add to simmering sauce until ravioli are drained and put on serving platter.
Ladle sauce over ravioli, then top with fresh Parmesan shavings.
