Quick Clam Pasta


  • 1/2 jar any meatless MID'S Sauce
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 large pieces jarred roasted red peper, minced
  • 2 tbsp. salted butter
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 box spaghetti


In a medium saucepan, add the first five ingredients and cook over medium heat to evaporate some of the water from the clams, cook the garlic and concentrate the flavor. 
Cook pasta as directed. 
When the sauce is thickened to your desired consistency, turn off the heat and let it rest for two or three minutes, then add the Parmesan cheese. 
Serve pasta with the sauce over the top.
