Place egg roll wrap flat on the counter in a diamond orientation to yourself.
Brush a thin layer of MID’S Pizza Sauce over it, then add one slice of pepperoni and one slice of mozzarella cheese.
Roll the bottom corner of the egg roll wrap ¾ of the way up. Fold in the left and right corners, then finish rolling the rest of the way.
Air fryer: Cook at 400° for about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Stovetop: In a Dutch oven or deep cast-iron skillet, heat 1-2 inches of oil to 375°. Fry 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve with the remaining MID’S Pizza Sauce for dipping. Top with freshly-grated Romano cheese.
