Kielbasa Goulash

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. kielbasa
  • 1 jar MID'S Sauce, your favorite flavor
  • Green/red/orange mild peppers or hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pasta of your choice

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta to al dente. 
Cook veggies in oil until just slightly soft.
Add kielbasa and cook for a few minutes, then mix in pasta and sauce. 
Coat a glass baking dish with MID'S Sauce, then add pasta mixture and top with mozzarella.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with cheesy garlic bread.
