Garlic Knots


  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper as desired

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, butter and olive oil.
Melt ingredients in microwave for 30 seconds. Add basil and parsley.
Unroll dough on your workspace and cut into 2-inch strips. Roll to create breadstick-shaped dough rolls. Tie each roll into a knot.
Place in an un-greased 9-inch round pan.
Use a cooking brush to apply the butter mixture on to the knots.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Put MID'S Traditional Meatless Sauce in a small bowl for dipping. 

Serving Information

To plate, put a small bowl of MID'S Traditional Meatless Sauce on the center of a plate and surround it with the garlic knots.
