Antelope Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. ground antelope
  • 1 lb. ground pork sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • Pinch sage
  • 1 jar MID'S Meat Bolognese Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together and form in a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with additional MID'S Sauce if desired.
