Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a sprinkle of flour, roll out dough into an oval. Spread a light layer of MID'S Sauce on dough.
Line dough with pepperoni, leaving one inch between the pepperoni and the edge of the dough.
Spread Mozzarella over pepperoni, then roll into a log. Pierce with fork a few times, then brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with grated cheese and Italian seasoning to taste.
Bake on pizza stone in the oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Use reserved MID'S Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
