Spicy Beef Vegetable Soup

This tasty soup is perfect for evenings when the family eats in shifts. Everyone gets a hot meal with this slow cooker favorite!


  • 1 jar (32 oz.) Mid’s spaghetti sauce, any favorite
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 ½ cups water
  • 1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 t beef bouillon granules
  • 1 t pepper


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
