This tasty soup is perfect for evenings when the family eats in shifts. Everyone gets a hot meal with this slow cooker favorite!
1 jar (32 oz.) Mid’s spaghetti sauce, any favorite
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
3 ½ cups water
1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup sliced celery
1 t beef bouillon granules
1 t pepper
In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink.
Drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
