Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Fry sausage in a skillet until pink is gone, then drain. Return it to the pan, making sure it's crumbled into small pieces.
Add onion and mushrooms and sauté until onions are translucent. Remove from heat and drain any grease.
Add MID'S Sauce and heat to simmer, then remove from heat.
Cook elbow macaroni per box instructions, adding one can chicken of broth to the water. Cook until al dente, then drain.
Spray a 9" x 13" pan with a thin coat of olive oil cooking spray, then spread a small amount of sauce mixture over the bottom of the pan.
Add the drained pasta to the rest of sauce mixture and lightly toss until all macaroni is coated. Pour evenly into baking pan.
Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, then bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and cheese just starts to brown. Cool for 10 minutes.
