Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 C Whole milk
  • 1/2 C Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 jars MID'S Meat Bolognese

Directions

  1. Mix all wet ingredients (meat, milk, egg) until combined, then incorporate breadcrumbs and seasoning.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of MID'S Meat Sauce if you want your meatballs to be extra moist.
  3. Roll 14 meatballs with the mixture.
  4. Add one jar of MID'S Meat Sauce into a large, deep skillet.
  5. Add meatballs and spoon sauce on top of each one.
  6. Cook meatballs on medium high until the sauce begins to bubble, then turn the heat down to medium-low.
  7. Simmer uncovered for an hour and a half.
  8. Once finished, add another jar of MID'S Meat Sauce to the skillet and heat through.
