Ingredients

  • 28 oz. jar MID'S Meat Bolognese
  • 1 lb. Rigatoni
  • 15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • 8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cook rigatoni as package directs.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
  4. Add rigatoni and half of the MID'S Meat Sauce. Mix well.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour remaining sauce over mixture. Top with mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, uncovered.
