Preheat oven to 350°. Trim excess fat from roast and discard.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic to pan, cook and stir until tender.
Add roast and cook until browned on all sides.
Place roast in pan, sprinkle with black pepper (to taste).
Thickly slice onion, arrange over roast. Top with MID'S sauce. Cover with roaster lid.
Bake 2 to 2 ½ hours or until roast is tender.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Place spaghetti on serving platter; cover to keep warm.
Cut roast into slices; place on top of spaghetti. Skim any fat from the top of the sauce in roaster. Spoon over roast.
Grate cheese over sauce.
