Spicy Shrimp Cavattapi

Do you ever crave some pasta, but don't want the same old dish yet again? Don't worry, MID'S has you covered with our Spicy Shrimp Cavattapi! It's easy enough to make on a whim, but tasty enough for date night! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar MID'S Meat and Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 lb. Shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 oz. Cavattapi
  • 3 tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • A sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Begin cooking cavattapi in pot.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook on one side for about 1 minute, until shrimp turns pink. While it cooks, generously sprinkle with the crushed red pepper. Using a spatula, flip shrimp to other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Add MID'S Meat and Mushroom sauce to pan when shrimp is cooked.
  4. After heating for a frew minutes, add cavattapi to pan and mix well to combine.

Serving Information

Generously sprinkle crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese, then enjoy!
